How do I return or exchange an IKEE product?

 

You have 3 days from the date of receiving purchase to return your product. If you live within city limits of Clark County, we can pick up your product from you and exchange it immediately as long as the product is unworn and in its original condition. If you want to return product and you're out of state, you can mail the product back to us through original shipping process and there's a return fee below. 

  • Return Fee - 15% of item purchase price

How can I obtain a copy of an invoice or proof of purchase?

While an invoice is issued for each purchase, IKEE does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value.

In the event of theft or loss of the product, it is possible to obtain a duplicate invoice by providing supporting documents, including a copy of the complaint form, and a valid form of ID.
